1991

NC Engenharia begins as Monsanto’s representative for the sale of candle filters.

1992

Commercial relationship with Otto H. York as a distributor of Demister mist eliminators.

1997

Koch Industries acquires Glitsch / Otto H. York Company. NC Engineering remains licensed by Koch for the Demister® mist eliminator, as well as other technologies.
