Clark Solutions, like other companies, is committed and determined to prioritize public health care and collective safety, so that we can, as soon as possible, overcome the COVID-19 pandemic and be back to producing and contributing with the future and progress of all of us.
Thus, we take a series of measures and attitudes aimed at these objectives, trying to reduce the impact of our operations and that of our partners as much as possible.
- We are closely monitoring the information provided by the Ministry of Health as the situation continues to evolve;
- Bottles of gel alcohol were distributed throughout our industrial site;
- Supervisors and managers are rotating employees in their departments;
- Resources for working with remote and virtual meeting tools are available for many positions, to sustain business continuity in the unprecedented quarantine event;
- Suspension of any and all trips;
- Private transportation allowance for all our employees;
- Release of employees over the age of 60;
- Suspension of entry of visitors and third parties, until further notice.
Our preparedness plans are designed to help protect the safety of our employees, while safely continuing business operations, including restricting travel that is not considered business-critical and providing information on preventive measures they can take to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus – as well as the actions that should be taken if you become ill. We continue to follow the recommendations of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and to assess the risk of any travel to regions where infection is prevalent.
When facing this crisis together, we will remain focused on the well-being of our employees, customers and the public. We will continue to be guided by our scientific legacy and apply the experience of our people to meet the challenges facing the world, including the coronavirus.
Internal development plan
We have in mind that even in times of crisis like this, the professional development of each of our employees, and consequently that of the company as a whole, is extremely important.
In view of the government’s recommendation to execute the quarantine, we are encouraging our employees to make better use of this time, with free distance education courses offered by major institutions. For those who meet a pre-stipulated course time, they will receive special remuneration as a form of award and professional recognition.

Fortunately, our manufacturing and supply network has been established to serve customers in all markets, and our ability to respond locally is strong. We continue to manufacture our solutions so that our customers and partners are not as affected by the crisis.
